This is a 102-acre site in Fresno, near the Fresno-Yosemite International Airport. Currently, 53 acres contain over 422,000 square feet of building space occupied by three manufacturing companies. Additionally, six parcels remain unsold, leaving 44 acres available for zone use by qualifying companies.
