Mid Cal Business Park

This 190-acre property, located at the junction of Interstate 5 and State Highway 33 in the unincorporated community of Santa Nella, is at various stages of development.

Thirty-three acres are considered improved development areas. Warehouse and distribution facilities are planned for immediate construction here, pending approval from the Merced County Planning Department. Another part of the site, 86 acres, is mostly unimproved and is poised for development within six months; appropriate zoning is already in place. The final 77 acres is unimproved agricultural land. As no buildings currently exist on any part of the site, many options are possible for construction.
